Joshua Gransbury Accepts New Role As Tier II Managed IT Technician


We are excited to announce the promotion of Joshua Granbury to Tier II Managed IT Services Technician. Joshua has demonstrated proven customer service and troubleshooting skills that resolve our client’s concerns in a timely manner. Over the past year, some of Joshua’s accomplishments have included successfully completing both A+ and Network+ certifications, strong onsite and remote leadership at the College of Saint Rose, IT stability to our Albany office, and demonstrated leadership in assisting in the growth of our Tier I Technicians.
