We are pleased to announce Jacob Justice as a Tier I TAC Technician to the Usherwood team. In his position, Jacob will be responsible for inbound inquiries from the client base on copier and PCs related issues. His goal is to provide first level customer support before sending a request to a service technician for resolution.
Jacob comes to Usherwood from Dumac Business Systems were he was a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician for 3 years. He attended Bryant and Stratton, studying Information Technology and Computer Systems.
Jacob spends most of his free time with his wife and two-year-old twins. He is also enjoys reading, video games, and watching movies.
