In our new installment of our client journey series, Usherwood talks to Redhouse, a community theatre in Syracuse, to discover how the collaboration between the two has improved Redhouse’s printing and day-to-day tasks. Redhouse is a non-profit organization and art center with a professional theater program. Samara Hannah, Executive Director at Redhouse, shares the growth process of Redhouse and how the non-profit organization went about the process of deciding which local vendor could best help them with some printing challenges.
Redhouse experienced an issue of having to print many copies of their show programs and not having the ability to make last-minute changes if needed. Luckily, Usherwood was able to help make the program printing easier for the theatre. They were set up with a pre-production machine so they could control it themselves when needed, improving the process of printing and making edits to their show programs. Usherwood’s focus was to turn Redhouse’s printing in-house instead of outsourcing.
Usherwood and Redhouse started working together in 2018, and 2023 marks the fifth year of the collaboration. Redhouse is a client Usherwood is happy and proud to have worked with these past years.
