We are pleased to announce and welcome Jesse Dam as one of our newest Service Technician Mentees. In his new role, Jesse will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by maintaining and troubleshooting their equipment on a daily basis.
Jesse comes to us with valuable experience, having spent five years in the Grocery Customer Service Department at Wegmans, where he developed strong customer-focused skills. He is also currently pursuing his education at Monroe Community College, showcasing his commitment to personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, Jesse stays active by hitting the gym, working on his car, and unwinding with some video games when he has the time.
