We are pleased to announce and welcome Mikayla Conner-Spagnola as our newest IT Projects Coordinator. In this role, Mikayla will be responsible for coordinating and managing IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
Before joining Usherwood, Mikayla gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator at ESC Partners, where she successfully managed projects for 1.5 years. Additionally, Mikayla has accumulated 3 years of experience in logistics, coordination, document control, process management, and development from her previous roles. She holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from SUNY Oswego, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication from Arizona State University, and is a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.
When she's not busy driving project success, Mikayla enjoys spending quality time at home with her husband and cats. She has a wide range of hobbies, including crochet, playing all kinds of games, tackling competitive jigsaw puzzles, and playing musical instruments such as the flute, violin, and didgeridoo. Mikayla also enjoys relaxing indoors and taking every opportunity to avoid the outdoors.
