Please join us in congratulating Linda Bowers in her retirement from Usherwood Office Technology. Linda has worked with Usherwood for almost 19 years as a Lease Administrator working out of our Syracuse, NY office.

We are proud to announce that Adam French has been promoted to Integration Services – Team Lead. Adam began his career at Usherwood in 2017 as a Print Center Specialist at the College of Saint Rose in Albany. In 2019 he took on the role of Connectivity Specialist where he was responsible for inbound inquiries from our client base on MFP related issues in the Albany, NY area.

We are excited to announce that six of our offices and sixteen of our field service technicians are Canon ATSP certified. The Canon ATSP program allows dealer service technicians to demonstrate their technical expertise and provide an outstanding customer experience.
