It is our pleasure to announce Lindsay Usherwood as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Usherwood Office Technology. Lindsay will be responsible for managing legal functions, ensuring the company acts in compliance with all current business processes, and for contributing to the overall success of Usherwood by performing duties in alignment and in furtherance of the company’s strategic goals. Lindsay, previously Usherwood’s Wide Format Specialist, left her position to pursue a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She recently graduated as President of the Corporate Law Society and subsequently sat for the New York State Bar Exam in July. Upon returning, Lindsay will be working out of the new Boston office. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys tennis, biking, and golfing. She likes to travel with her fiancé, Zach, and spend time with her family.

We are proud to announce Andy Sindoni has been promoted from Parts Manager to Inventory Control Manager. In his new capacity, Andy will be responsible for maximizing our equipment inventory tracking system to streamline business operations. He will also be responsible for implementing additional inventory control procedures and best practices for all equipment, supplies and parts. Andy joined Usherwood in 2013 as a Parts Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Parts Manager. In his years as Parts Manager, Andy has displayed the skills necessary to keep an accurate inventory and to keep our clients and technicians accurately stocked at all times. Andy has always fostered a winning attitude for Usherwood and we know that he will be successful in his new position.

It is our pleasure to announce Rachael Eiland as our newest Contract Administrator to the Syracuse Headquarters. Rachael is responsible for new client contract creation as well as maintaining existing contract maintenance. Rachael comes to Usherwood from Aspen Athletic Club where she was an office assistant for three years. Rachael attended Onondaga Community College where she received her degree in General Arts. Rachael’s main outlet is creating art. In the rest of her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, food, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

We are proud to announce Mike Brillante has been promoted to Inventory Control Specialist. In his new position, Mike will be responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Manager with daily tracking/reporting/analysis of all equipment, supplies, and parts inventory. Mike joined Usherwood in 2015 as a Parts Coordinator and after a brief time away, rejoined us in January of this year. We are excited to have Mike’s experience and accountability in the parts department and we know he understands what it takes to succeed.

It is our pleasure to announce Paul Milan as our Senior Field Service Technician to the Boston area. Paul will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s Canon and Xerox digital copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management. Paul comes to Usherwood with over 35 years in the industry. Most recently as a Senior Field Service Engineer for Canon Solutions America. Paul attended Massasoit Community College for Electrical Engineering. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking and grilling as well as the occasional BBQ competition. Paul is an avid football fan and is ready for the new season to start so he can root for his favorite team, the New England Patriots, to win their 6th Super Bowl.

It is our pleasure to announce Frank Nones as the Regional Sales Manager for the Boston, Massachusetts marketplace. In his position, Frank will manage a team of sales professionals that will be tasked with delivering Usherwood’s technology solutions to both new and existing clients in New England. Frank has over 16 years’ experience in the print management and IT industry; most recently as a Major Account Representative for New England Copy Specialists. While at NECS, he obtained President’s Club for 14 consecutive years. Frank holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Bentley College where he played NCAA hockey for 4 years. Usherwood is proud to have Frank on our team and we are excited to build a foundation for future growth in New England together. Frank is a 4 time Ironman Finisher and enjoys running and golf. Frank and his wife, Heather, have a 4 year old son; Brody, and a 2 year old daughter; Blake. They have two rescue dogs, Luna, and Jagger.

It is our pleasure to announce Tim Reid as a Solutions Architect for the Watertown region. He specializes in the design and implementation of business solutions. Previously, Tim was a doctoral student in the Psychology Department at Syracuse University. Tim served in numerous roles, including as an instructor for undergraduate psychology courses, a student therapist in the on-campus clinic, and the course coordinator for the introductory psychology course. Tim graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors with his puppy, Chauncey. He also enjoys playing golf, cooking, traveling, and watching his favorite sports team, the New York Yankees, underachieve.

It is our pleasure to announce John Daniel as the Director of Application Services. In his capacity, John will be responsible for customer service and operational leadership within the Application Service Team (AST). In addition, he will serve as the primary expert for complex problems relating to client service needs with the goals of retaining client satisfaction, managing client expectations and providing distinctive quality service to enhance client relationships. John comes to Usherwood with over 19 years’ experience in the IT industry. Most recently, as Manager of Professional Services at OPTANIX. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Empire State College. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine; 11 year old daughter, Sarah; and 9 year old son, Michael. He plays in men’s baseball league and is a little league baseball and softball coach.

It is our pleasure to announce Stanley Williams as a Senior Service Technician for the Providence area. Stanley will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s Canon and Xerox digital copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management. Stanley comes to Usherwood with 30 + years experience in the field. Most recently as a Field Service Manager for Canon Solutions America. He has a certificate in digital electronics from the Rhode Island School of Electronics. In his spare time, Stanley enjoys genealogy, playing guitar, and geocaching with his wife, Sheree. He has three grown sons; Brendan, 28; Cameron, 24; and Austin, 22.
