We are excited to announce Leslie Usherwood’s new role at Usherwood Office Technology as Director of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Trainer. In her new role, Leslie will be responsible for recruiting and bringing new employees to Usherwood to continuously grow in all our marketplaces. She will be an integral part of the new employee acquisition process and will also be responsible for working with leadership to develop a more comprehensive internal sales training program. Previously, Leslie was a Solutions Architect in the Syracuse office. As we continuously grow in all our marketplaces, we have found an increasing need to hire and process new employees into this company. Leslie will be an integral part of recruiting new candidates and will be an important “first impression” of Usherwood to all new employees in the Northeast.

It is our pleasure to announce Dan Hernborg as the newest member of the growing Application Integration Team. Dan comes to Usherwood with an extensive knowledge of output management software such as PaperCut and uniFLOW. Dan also specializes in document management and print management technology and is an EFI Fiery Certified Expert as well as CompTIA A+ certified. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. Dan’s Hobbies include playing guitar in a small local band who performs all over CT, RI, and in NYC. He enjoys working on classic VW’s and belongs to a local car club. Dan is also a Private Pilot with endorsements.

It is our pleasure to announce Greg Osika as a new Solutions Architect to the Usherwood team! Greg will be responsible for accounts in the Buffalo, New York Region. He specializes in the design and implementation of business solutions. Greg comes to us from Roswell Park Cancer Institute where he was a Biomedical Technician for 3 ½ year. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo State. In previous years, Greg attended D’youville College where he was a 4 year starter for the Men’s Basketball Team. In his free time, Greg enjoys playing sports including basketball and football in various leagues. He also enjoys traveling and hanging out with friends.

It is our pleasure to announce Matthew Warner as a Field Service Technician for the Central Region. Matthew will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s digital copiers, facsimiles, and multifunctional printers. Matthew comes to us with 7 years’ experience as a Field Service Representative for Redbox. He has a Residential Wiring certificate from OCM BOCES. In his free time, Matthew enjoys hiking, fishing, riding his motorcycle. He is also currently restoring an old motorcycle.

It's the time of year where we give back to our community. The Usherwood team spent a few days serving at the Rescue Mission 's Food Service Center and also participated in the Angel Tree program for The Salvation Army. Wishing everyone in and around our community the happiest of holidays!
