The trucks are starting to roll! We are so excited to be prepping our New England Odyssey Logistics and Technical Center in Auburn, Massachusetts and will be fully operational soon.

We are excited to announce the promotion of Briana George to Team Leader-Printer/MFP Services. In her new role, Briana will lead a team of Tier1-Printer/MFP Technicians to complete tasks that include: processing inbound communication service requests from our Clients, perform call avoidance steps with Client, work with service technicians on all aspects of their ticket queue and maintain daily communication with our Vendors to report on performance service levels. Briana’s previous position was a Tier I TAC Copier Technician.

Another great event for Usherwood Office Technology at the 2017 North Country Business Expo. Vincent Puccia and Amy Hubbard participated in the speed networking event while Mark Weigelt showcased our digital signage and security & surveillance solutions. Usherwood had a putting contest where we gave away a gift card to Best Buy for their “hole in one”. A great time and many wonderful connections were had by all.

It is our pleasure to announce Ekrem Berbatovci as a Tier I Managed IT Services Technician to the Usherwood team! Ekrem will be responsible for providing first level remote and onsite technical support to our customers. Ekrem comes to us from ACR Health where he was an IT Services Associate. Ekrem graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Network System Administration. Ekrem was born in Kosovo, formerly known as Yugoslavia. Ekrem and his wife of 11 years, Merita, have three children together: Blenda, Erion and Eris. He loves to watch international soccer and his favorite team is Arsenal.

It is our pleasure to announce Roger Hovey as a Senior Solutions Architect/Sales Supervisor to the Usherwood team! In his role, Roger will be responsible for accounts in the Utica / Rome, New York Region. He specializes in the design and implementation of business solutions. Roger comes to Usherwood with 31 years of sales and sales management experience. Previously, he was the District Sales Manager for Ricoh USA serving the Utica, Syracuse, Watertown, Norwich, Oneonta and Potsdam areas. Roger is a four time Chairman’s Club Winner from Ikon/Ricoh. In his spare time, Roger coaches baseball and basketball and enjoys golfing. He is married 24 years to Melissa, and has three children; Matthew 22, Sarah 17, and Sean 17. He resides in Deerfield, and is a past president of Marcy Deerfield Youth Ball Association and Lifetime member at Whitesboro CSD Alumni Association.

It is our pleasure to announce Nicholas Osika as our Buffalo Sales Supervisor to the Usherwood team! In his position, Nicholas will be responsible for managing and growing the Buffalo Branch/Sales Team and introducing the Buffalo market to the “Usherwood Way.” Nicholas comes to Usherwood from ComDoc where he was a Senior Account Manager for 5 years. He has a Bachelor of Sports Administration from Medaille College and has a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing basketball; dining in new places; traveling; and following his favorite sports teams the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers, and Gonzaga University Basketball.

We are excited to announce Piper Ranieri’s new role at Usherwood Office Technology as a Contracts Administrator. In her new role, Piper’s immediate responsibilities will include new Client Contract creation as well as existing Contract Maintenance. Piper’s previous position was a Customer Care Specialist in the TAC. “Piper’s unique combination of experience in the TAC and familiarity with our clients will bring an immediate boost to the Contracts team. She will allow us to further our goals providing accurate and timely administration of client contracts throughout all lines of business and marketplaces.” Says Erin Williams, Contracts Manager.

It is our pleasure to announce Michael Goodnow as our new Parts Coordinator for Usherwood Office Technology. In his new position, Michael will be responsible for managing daily parts fulfillment and inventory control. Previously, Michael worked for Seko Logisitcs in their warehouse. In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, camping, traveling, and riding his Harley Davidson. Michael is an avid SU fan.
