We are proud to announce the promotion of Erin Williams to Contracts Manager. Previously, Erin has worked for Usherwood as a Contract Administrator and more recently as AP/AR Specialist. In her new role, Erin will be supervising contracts and billing. She will be overseeing the set up and administration of all sales orders and contracts. Erin’s primary role will be to streamline the process surrounding sales orders, contracts, leases and billing. “Erin has been a great asset to Usherwood over the last 3 1/2 years. This move is a natural progression for Erin as well as Usherwood. Her expertise in many areas of finance and administration will prove to be instrumental in supporting our clients and sales professionals as we grow throughout the Northeast.” says company VP of Finance, Andrew Flamik. Erin recently graduated with her Bachelors in Accounting from SUNY Empire State College she is currently working on her Master’s Degree from Western New England University.

It is our pleasure to announce Chris Adams as a Senior Solutions Architect. Chris will be responsible for accounts in the Potsdam, New York Region. He specializes in the design and implementation of business solutions. Chris comes to Usherwood with 19 years of experience in sales with 9 of them as a Xerox Agent. He has an Associate’s Degree from Broome Community College. Chris and his wife of 30 years, Jill, have 3 sons who each live in a different state. They enjoy traveling to visit their sons as well as hiking in the Adirondacks and boating.
