It is our pleasure to announce John Osborn as our new Delivery Driver. John is responsible for equipment transportation and delivery. He is a new addition to our current driving staff, we now have 3 full time drivers to support our current sales staff. Before joining Usherwood, John was a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Manager at Olum’s Furniture Stores for 3 years. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his two teenage children. He enjoys hiking, whitewater rafting, and attending sporting events.

It is our pleasure to announce Brian Rooney as a Field Service Technician in the Albany area. Brian will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s digital copiers, facsimiles, and multifunctional printers. Brian comes to Usherwood from the TJ Parry Construction Company. Brian has attended both SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY Cobleskill. In his free time, Brian enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and being in the outdoors.

It is our pleasure to announce Alexandra Keyzer as a new Solutions Architect to the Usherwood team! Alexandra (Ali) will be responsible for accounts in the Albany, New York Region. She specializes in the design and implementation of business solutions. Previously, Ali was an Assistant General Manager and Catering Sales Manager with Marriott International at the Courtyard by Marriott for three years. She was also a Director of Golf Events at the Saratoga National Golf Club for four years. Ali graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. In her spare time, Ali enjoys baking, bicycling and skiing. She is a newlywed and loves going on adventures with her husband, James.

It is our pleasure to announce Mark Brower as a Senior Field Service Technician in the Eastern region. Mark will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s digital copiers, facsimiles, and multifunctional printers. Mark comes to Usherwood with 30 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, as a Senior Field Service Representative for 15 years with a Xerox company. Mark has a degree in electronics from SUNY Morrisville. In his spare time, Mark enjoys farming and raising beef cattle with his wife; Mariann, and children; Amy and Mitchell.

It is our pleasure to announce Leslie Usherwood as a new Solutions Architect to the Usherwood team! Leslie will be responsible for supporting the outside sales team and developing solutions in video conference and security and surveillance. Leslie has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego. She played collegiate tennis, and actively raised awareness in the community for Cystic Fibrosis and National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) alongside her Sorority. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys playing tennis, skiing, running, and playing with her French Bulldog, Gatsby. Leslie is also an aspiring 46er!
