Brian Gilbert Accepts Position as Senior Field Service Technician

We are pleased to announce Brian Gilbert as a Senior Field Service Technician to the Syracuse region. In his position, Brian will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.

Brian comes to Usherwood from Xerox where he has over 21 years’ experience in the industry. He has a four-year degree in Criminal Justice.

When Brian isn’t working he enjoys hunting, fishing, SCUBA diving and camping.
