We are pleased to announce Matt Swanka has accepted a promotion to Staff Accountant. In his new role, Matt will have various responsibilities including, but not limited to, maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations including month close, and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and prepaid expenses.

We are pleased to announce Bryan Carroll as our Purchasing Agent working out of our Syracuse office. In his position, Bryan will be responsible for procuring all goods for the sales and services divisions including creating and processing purchase orders, inventory evaluation, and resolving issues related to orders.

We are pleased to announce John McGrath as our newest Field Service Technician for the Utica area. In his position, John will be responsible for repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.
