Usherwood Welcomes Azem Cehaja as Field Service Technician

We are pleased to announce and welcome Azem Cehaja, our newest Field Service Technician based in Rochester. In this capacity, he will excel in diagnosing and repairing diverse copiers and printers both at client locations and within our company. Azem brings two years of prior experience at Ricoh to his role at Usherwood.

Outside of work, Azem is happily married with two children and a dog. His passions include fly fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors with his family.

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
