Usherwood Welcomes Callum O'Neil as Solutions Architect

Usherwood

We are pleased to welcome Callum O'Neil as our newest Solutions Architect in Buffalo, NY. In his role he will be responsible for developing and successfully transacting business with clients that meet Usherwood's target client profile.

Prior to Usherwood, Callum worked for Thomas Landscape & Design as a Landscaper. He graduated from Alfred State in May 2024, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Minor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He was on the Alfred State Swim Team and was awarded Chi Alpha Sigma College Athlete Honor Society as well as his team winning the AMCC Conference Championship in 2023.

In his free time, he spend a lot of time working out, going snowboarding, and watching sports.

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
