Usherwood Welcomes Eric Pérez as Tier I Managed IT Technician

We are pleased to announce and welcome Eric Pérez as our newest Tier 1 Managed IT Technician. In this crucial role, Eric will provide exceptional end-user support for a wide range of IT challenges, including computer hardware and application issues, as well as mobile device management.

Before joining Usherwood, Eric gained valuable experience as a Help Desk Technician at Cold Chain Technologies for nearly two years. He is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Web Development at Bunker Hill Community College, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Eric enjoys reading, cooking, playing pickleball, running, and programming.

We are thrilled to welcome Eric to our team and look forward to the significant contributions he will make in enhancing our IT support services!

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
