Usherwood Welcomes Jacalyn Lamica as Service Technician

We are pleased to announce Jacalyn Lamica as our newest Field Service Technician to the Potsdam region. In her position, Jacalyn will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our client’s copiers, multifunctional printers, and network print management.

Jacalyn comes to Usherwood from the Dollar General where she was a Sales Associate for four years. Jacalyn holds a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College where she majored in ABEC, psychology, and criminal justice with a minor in child adolescence clinical psychology.

In her spare time, Jacalyn enjoys horseback riding and training her Mustang.
