Usherwood Welcomes Kayla Duffy as Client Services Specialist

We are pleased to announce and welcome Kayla Duffy as our newest Client Services Specialist in Syracuse, NY! In this pivotal role, Kayla will be responsible for managing daily client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support for our products and services.

Before joining Usherwood, Kayla gained valuable experience at Soar Autism Center, where she worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician for one year. Kayla also holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.

Outside of work, Kayla is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, and listening to music. One of her greatest passions is silversmithing, where she crafts stunning rings, earrings, and other jewelry pieces.

We are thrilled to have Kayla as part of our team and look forward to the positive contributions she will make.

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
