Usherwood Welcomes Rashid Pendelton as Integration Specialist

We are pleased to announce and welcome Rashid Pendleton, our new Integration Specialist in Rochester, NY. In his role, Rashid will be responsible for providing technical support for multifunction printers (MFPs) and other devices throughout the company.  

Prior to Usherwood, Rashid worked at Strong Memorial Hospital as an Outpatient Access Specialist for 18 months. Additionally, he attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is certified in Cybersecurity ISC2.  

In his free time, he loves spending time with his family. Gaming is one of his favorite hobbies and he is obsessed with playing Dead by Daylight and Project Zomboid. He also trains in MMA, plays basketball, and enjoys building gaming PCs.  

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
