Usherwood Welcomes Robert Finley as Field Service Technician

We are pleased to announce and welcome Robert Finley III as our newest Field Service Technician in Watertown, NY. In this role, Robert will expertly troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of copiers and printers.

Before joining Usherwood, Robert honed his skills at Advanced Business Systems as a Service Technician for 8.5 years, earning multiple accolades from Kyocera. Notably, he showcased his exceptional troubleshooting abilities by winning a regional competition in New Jersey and subsequently placing 5th in a national competition in Texas.

Outside of work, Robert is an avid hunter and enjoys playing golf. He also has 5 kids and enjoys going to their sporting events and to their other curricular activities. 

We are thrilled to welcome Robert aboard and look forward to the valuable contributions he will make to our team.

About Sara Ashby, Human Resources Specialist

Sara Ashby is Usherwood's Human Resources Specialist. Sara is responsible for HR projects at Usherwood involving managing weekly payroll processing, leading employee engagement, and coordinating the Mentorship Program for Usherwood's service department.
