Usherwood Welcomes Waris Abdulai as Field Service Mentee

We are pleased to announce and welcome Waris Abdulai as our newest and first Field Service Mentee out of the Rochester, NY office. In his roles he will be responsible for effectively troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of copiers and printers for our clients. 

Before joining Usherwood, Waris garnered extensive experience as a Shopper with Instacart, where he excelled for 2.5 years. His academic journey includes distinguished studies at Accra Technical University, where he earned a Merit Scholarship in recognition of his exceptional capabilities. 

Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Waris is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending quality time with his family!
