VP of Service and CTO, Charlie Usherwood attended the Pros Elite 100 Service Executive Roundtable meeting last week with VP of Finance, Andrew Flamik; Field Service Manager, Greg Beach; and Service Desk Operations Manager, Bohdan Kurtianyk. During the meeting, Charlie was awarded with Service Executive of the year for Usherwood’s achievements in service excellence for client satisfaction and industry performance.
