Meriah Maneri Accepts New Position as Tier II Managed IT Technician

We are proud to announce Meriah Maneri has accepted an opportunity to be the Tier II Managed IT Technician for the entire Usherwood Managed IT Department. In her new capacity, Meriah will oversee the response and resolution of service requests from all Usherwood Office Technology employees. This includes assisting with the onboarding of new staff, along with resolving software, hardware and connectivity issues. Meriah will also work with Brittany Langdon to document the policies and procedures needed to generate consistent, world class customer service to all our employees.

Meriah has been with Usherwood Office Technology since November 2006. Meriah has worked in a variety of roles at Usherwood, primarily supporting our customer base. Meriah has completed a variety of technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and CompTIA A+. Please join us in congratulating Meriah in her new role.
