Mark Shortsleeve is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Trottier Award! Mark has been with Usherwood for 22 years and is one of our Delivery Drivers. In 2014, Mark was the first person to receive our Employee of the Year Award when we started this tradition. He goes above and beyond every day and does whatever it takes to get the job done. Mark is genuine, has incredible perseverance, and is an excellent team player and we are proud to honor him with this award.

Dan Waingarten is one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award! Dan has been with Usherwood since 2005 as a Major Account Executive. Dan is a dedicated to his clients in always making sure they are getting the quality service and solutions that Usherwood provides as well as finding opportunities to give back by supporting their causes. Dan is a loyal, welcoming, and sincere team member and we are proud to honor him with this award.

We are proud to honor Brett Pitman as the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Bobby Orr Award! Brett recently celebrated his 21st anniversary with Usherwood as a Senior Field Service Technician. Brett is a wealth of knowledge and he is always willing to share it with others. Even when he is at his busiest, Brett takes the time to reach out and assist over the phone or let you know when he can come and rescue you. He is reliable, good-humored, diligent, and just a real MVP.

Paul Milan Receives Bruce Lenartowicz Award Paul Milan is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Bruce Lenartowicz Award! Paul has been with Usherwood since 2018 as our Senior Service Technician to the Boston area. In his short time here, Paul has been an incredible team player, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Paul joined us in a new marketplace and hit the ground running to quickly get Usherwood established as a friendly and dependable company. He works tirelessly, yet always with a positive attitude and we are proud to honor him with this award.

David King is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Gretzky Award! David has been with Usherwood for over 7 years now. In 2015, David became a Senior Solutions Architect and has quickly proven himself to be a savvy sales professional. He is dedicated to his clients and committed to make sure they are getting the best solutions to fit their needs. In a competitive field, David has what it takes to persevere, never give up, and constantly improve on his own personal best and we are proud to honor him with this well deserved award.

Nicholas Osika is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Messier Award! Nick has been our Western Regional Sales Manager for Usherwood since 2017. Nick was the recipient of the Charles I. Usherwood Sales Employee of the Year award in 2018, the Trottier Award in 2019, and has also been a past member of Usherwood's President's Club and Million Dollar Club. Nick has proven to be a dedicated sales professional and an excellent mentor to his team. His attention to detail and high level of involvement with his clients is commendable and we are proud to honor him with this award.

Cliff Laws is the recipient of the Usherwood Fiscal 2020 Sears Award! Cliff is our Vice President of Operations as well as a key member of the Leadership Team. During his 22 years at Usherwood, Cliff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that the company is running as efficiently and effectively as possible. From day to day operations that shape future growth, Cliff always has the company's best interest in mind. Usherwood is fortunate to have his unwavering loyalty and his down to earth leadership on our team and we are proud to honor him with this well deserved award.

Michael Riordan is this year's recipient of Usherwood's Leadership award. Mike has been with Usherwood for over 37 years serving in many different roles, currently as our Corporate Field Service Trainer. Over these past couple years, Mike's mission has been to become an expert on all of our service offerings and passing on his knowledge to our service team in order to provide our clients with the top levels of service. He always does everything he can to make sure his team has the tools they need to succeed and grow. Mike is a true example of Usherwood's values and we are proud to honor him with this award.

We are proud to honor Cassandra George George as one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lou Tubolino Spirit Award. Casey has been with Usherwood for over 12 years. Starting out as a Dispatcher, Casey is now the Delivery Coordinator. With her bright and cheery disposition, she is a favorite among clients and her fellow employees. She has been the recipient of the Admin Employee of the Year award twice in the past and consistently receives high praise for all of her efforts and her dedication to the company.

Martin Case is one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lou Tubolino Spirit Award. Marty has only been with Usherwood for a little over a year as the Logistics Manager, but he has proven himself to be a true asset to the team. While the majority of the company began working remotely, he became an essential worker, striving to make sure our clients continued receiving the level of service they needed to keep running smoothly during the pandemic. Marty is always willing to assist wherever he is needed and put in the time it takes to get the job done right. We value his level of commitment and are proud to honor him with this award.
