Brett recently celebrated his 21st anniversary with Usherwood as a Senior Field Service Technician. Look familiar? Brett was also this year's winner of the Bobby Orr Award. Brett is a wealth of knowledge and he is always willing to share it with others. Even when he is at his busiest, Brett takes the time to reach out and assist over the phone or let you know when he can come and rescue you. He is reliable, good-humored, diligent, and just a real MVP.

We are proud to honor Terry Norris as our Sales Employee of the Year receiving the Charles I. Usherwood Award! Terry has been with Usherwood since 2014 as the Branch Manager to our Jamestown Office. Jamestown was a new territory for Usherwood and Terry has worked single handedly to get us established in that region. Terry had a record breaking year even in the midst of all that has transpired. With his incredible knowledge of the solutions we provide, his welcoming demeanor, and pride in his hometown; he has rightfully gained his client's trust and confidence. We are extremely fortunate to have Terry on the Usherwood team.

We are proud to honor Ron Striker as one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award! Ron has been with Usherwood since 1997 as a Senior Field Service Technician. Ron has been the recipient of our Bobby Orr Award two years in a row which is given to the employee with the best first call effectiveness. This means that Ron is able to diagnose a problem and get our clients up and running within a single visit. He takes the time to make sure our clients understand what he repaired and gives them tips that will help them in the future. His friendly attitude and willingness to teach along with his incredible expertise makes Ron a valuable asset to our team!

Mark Shortsleeve is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Trottier Award! Mark has been with Usherwood for 22 years and is one of our Delivery Drivers. In 2014, Mark was the first person to receive our Employee of the Year Award when we started this tradition. He goes above and beyond every day and does whatever it takes to get the job done. Mark is genuine, has incredible perseverance, and is an excellent team player and we are proud to honor him with this award.

Dan Waingarten is one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award! Dan has been with Usherwood since 2005 as a Major Account Executive. Dan is a dedicated to his clients in always making sure they are getting the quality service and solutions that Usherwood provides as well as finding opportunities to give back by supporting their causes. Paul Milan Receives Bruce Lenartowicz Award Paul Milan is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Bruce Lenartowicz Award! Paul has been with Usherwood since 2018 as our Senior Service Technician to the Boston area. In his short time here, Paul has been an incredible team player, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Paul joined us in a new marketplace and hit the ground running to quickly get Usherwood established as a friendly and dependable company. He works tirelessly, yet always with a positive attitude and we are proud to honor him with this award.

David King is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Gretzky Award! David has been with Usherwood for over 7 years now. In 2015, David became a Senior Solutions Architect and has quickly proven himself to be a savvy sales professional. He is dedicated to his clients and committed to make sure they are getting the best solutions to fit their needs. In a competitive field, David has what it takes to persevere, never give up, and constantly improve on his own personal best and we are proud to honor him with this well deserved award.

Nicholas Osika is the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Messier Award! Nick has been our Western Regional Sales Manager for Usherwood since 2017. Nick was the recipient of the Charles I. Usherwood Sales Employee of the Year award in 2018, the Trottier Award in 2019, and has also been a past member of Usherwood's President's Club and Million Dollar Club. Nick has proven to be a dedicated sales professional and an excellent mentor to his team. His attention to detail and high level of involvement with his clients is commendable and we are proud to honor him with this award.

Cliff Laws is the recipient of the Usherwood Fiscal 2020 Sears Award! Cliff is our Vice President of Operations as well as a key member of the Leadership Team. During his 22 years at Usherwood, Cliff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that the company is running as efficiently and effectively as possible. From day to day operations that shape future growth, Cliff always has the company's best interest in mind.
