Michael Riordan is this year's recipient of Usherwood's Leadership award. Mike has been with Usherwood for over 37 years serving in many different roles, currently as our Corporate Field Service Trainer. Over these past couple years, Mike's mission has been to become an expert on all of our service offerings and passing on his knowledge to our service team in order to provide our clients with the top levels of service. He always does everything he can to make sure his team has the tools they need to succeed and grow. Mike is a true example of Usherwood's values and we are proud to honor him with this award.

We are proud to honor Cassandra George George as one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lou Tubolino Spirit Award. Casey has been with Usherwood for over 12 years. Starting out as a Dispatcher, Casey is now the Delivery Coordinator. With her bright and cheery disposition, she is a favorite among clients and her fellow employees. She has been the recipient of the Admin Employee of the Year award twice in the past and consistently receives high praise for all of her efforts and her dedication to the company.

Martin Case is one of the Fiscal 2020 recipients of the Lou Tubolino Spirit Award. Marty has only been with Usherwood for a little over a year as the Logistics Manager, but he has proven himself to be a true asset to the team. While the majority of the company began working remotely, he became an essential worker, striving to make sure our clients continued receiving the level of service they needed to keep running smoothly during the pandemic. Marty is always willing to assist wherever he is needed and put in the time it takes to get the job done right. We value his level of commitment and are proud to honor him with this award.

We are proud to honor Joshua Adams Adams as the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Toe Blake Award. Josh has been with Usherwood since 2016 and while starting as a Tier I TAC Technician he is now Team Leader of Managed IT Services. Josh hold multiple certifications and is constantly striving to increase his knowledge and expertise in the field. He is an excellent role model to his team and our clients consistently share their positive interactions with him.

We are proud to honor Kathleen Magnarelli as the Fiscal 2020 recipient of the Rocket Award. This year Kathleen celebrated her 5th anniversary with Usherwood and earned Million Dollar Club status as well. Kathleen is an incredible motivator to her team and knows how to bring out the best in them to achieve their individual sales goals. She is dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the continued success of the company and team members.

Nathan Hock is the recipient of this years Rookie of the Year Award. Nathan has been a vCIO for a little over a year now, but has quickly established himself as an essential member of our team. His 18+ years of expertise combined with his friendly demeanor is an excellent example of Usherwood values and we are proud to honor him with this award. “Thank you so much for the honor of this award. Jennifer Perrault has been a Print Center Specialist with Usherwood since the inception of Usherwood's Mail and Print Center at the College of Saint Rose in 2010. Since then, she has been a key player with her knowledge of the equipment, software and the inner workings of the print shop and helps to keep it running smoothly. Jennifer has been a loyal and hard working team member and we are proud to honor her with this award.

Piper Ranieri recently celebrated her 5 year anniversary milestone with Usherwood. Starting out as a Customer Care Specialist, she is now a Contracts Administrator. Piper always makes sure our clients are well taken care of and receiving the highest level of service. Her friendly and positive demeanor along with her strong work ethic are a major benefit and we are proud to honor her with this award.

David Christensen has been with Usherwood since 2017 as our Senior Mailing Specialist. With over 35 years of experience in the mailing industry, David has been a valuable member to our sales team in providing our clients with the best mailing solutions for their needs. His knowledge and willing to assist attitude is unmatched and we are proud to honor him with this award. “Thank you for this honor, from Buffalo to Boston I want to thank all the great employees of Usherwood Office Technology that have given me ability to work with them on mail.”

Michael Brillante joined Usherwood in 2015 as a Parts Coordinator. In 2018, he was promoted to Inventory Control Specialist in our Syracuse Distribution Center. Mike always goes above and beyond what is asked of him. He is reliable, hardworking, and dedicated and we are grateful to have him as a part of the Usherwood team.
