Todd Brechue Accepts Promotion to Tier II Technician

We are excited to announce Todd Brechue’s new role at Usherwood Office Technology as a Tier II Technician. In his new role, Todd will be responsible for responding to and resolving complex managed IT client service tickets that have been escalated. Todd’s previous role was as a Tier I Technician.
