It is our pleasure to announce Lindsay Usherwood as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Usherwood Office Technology. Lindsay will be responsible for managing legal functions, ensuring the company acts in compliance with all current business processes, and for contributing to the overall success of Usherwood by performing duties in alignment and in furtherance of the company’s strategic goals.
Lindsay, previously Usherwood’s Wide Format Specialist, left her position to pursue a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She recently graduated as President of the Corporate Law Society and subsequently sat for the New York State Bar Exam in July. Upon returning, Lindsay will be working out of the new Boston office.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys tennis, biking, and golfing. She likes to travel with her fiancé, Zach, and spend time with her family.
