Remote-Assist consists of 3 steps.
1. Contact our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at
2. Click on link, download and run the agent on the client PC allowing it to be remotely controlled.
3. On the Ask for Help dialog enter your name, then click the Ask for Help button.
Connect to a Technician:
Both the client PC and the support PC create encrypted connections to the Remote Assist Secure Server which acts as a "Common meeting point" and directs connections from the Support PC to the Client PC.
